My Story
Growing up in Dallas, TX I played travel hockey for 11 years before signing with a semi-professional team in Quebec at the age of 19. Becoming a professional hockey player was a dream I was trying to fulfill and it all came to an end in 2013 when I suffered a career ending shoulder injury. I then found my passion of teaching and coaching others with their fitness as a Master Trainer at 24 Hour Fitness. During this time I learned from incredibly smart mentors who helped me re-hab my shoulder. Because of this knowledge, I was able to help hundreds of people achieve their goals, create better versions of themselves, and instill habits that will last a lifetime. In 2015, I earned my Professional status as a bodybuilder and competed for 2 years.
In 2016, I stepped away from my business and went back to school to finish my degree while lacing up the skates again. At that time I was able to be part of laying the foundation for what is now the best collegiate hockey program in the state of Texas. I graduated in 2020 with a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology.
After finishing college and wrapping up hockey for the second time, I began competing in triathlons and on October 2nd, became an Ironman in Muncie, IN. With 10+ years of personal training and coaching experience, I am well-equipped to meet any needs and goals that you may have. I am highly skilled and extremely motivated to help people overcome strongholds and reach their genetic God-given potential.
My philosophy on training revolves around three essential components, Preventative Rehabilitation, Dynamic Core Training, and Muscle Activation Techniques. In my free time I enjoy spending time studying God's Word, hanging with family and friends, cooking, hiking, and listening to music.
